Spencer is a local small-business owner who was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter and Colusa areas. He started his company by offering pool cleaning services to neighborhoods in Colusa, Yuba City, and Marysville. He has been lucky to watch his business grow and has recently expanded to include Edgewater and Plumas Lake! His services include weekly cleaning, chemical balancing, and basic equipment maintenance.
